My happy place is a reminder that there is always something to be grateful for in life. It's a place where i can recharge my batteries and find the strength to face life's challenges. 

Whenever i am feeling down or stressed, i come over here to reflect on the things that gives me joy. you can come over close your eyes and think of your happy place. Let the memories and feelings associated with it wash over you.
